Lasered Out was established in 2019, initially focusing on corporate branding of timber products. Since then we have continued to purchase larger laser and routing machinery allowing us to work on bigger jobs and with thicker materials.We now offer a complete laser cutting service on the Sunshine Coast. We work with clients to create a range of bespoke, customised business signage and stylish event signs as well as home décor items. While all of the work is completed in our ‘Lasered Out’ workshop at Warana we market some products under their own brands

Laser & Router Cutting Services
We work closely with small business across the Sunshine Coast.
We specialise in cutting acrylic and MDF blanks, parts and pieces for local manufacturing businesses.
Our designer can help create artwork if required.
We stock a large range of acrylics and MDF.

LED Neons Signs
We manufacture our LED neon signs for commercial, hospitality, events and home decor from scratch, in our ‘Lasered Out’ workshop on the Sunshine Coast. We use CNC router technology in the manufacturing practice of our LED neon signs, which gives us the edge over many other manufacturers.
Business Signs
We create contemporary, stylish and professional signage using acrylic on acrylic, acrylic on ply and ply on acrylic. Specialising in premium quality custom signs with business logos and text. We look forward to bringing your vision to life.
Wedding Signs
Luxury welcome wedding signs. Bespoke signage created for you from our in-house design team. A complete range, including acrylid, timber and neon, make an appointment for us to discuss options for your perfect day.

We make custom lasered heritage products including Weathertex / MDF gables, breezeways, rosettes, palings and fretwork
Branding Engraving
Incorporating your corporate brand / logo on your business premises, signage, corporate gifts, promotional items, display and merchanting material reinforces your business identity / name and logo and keeps it in front of potential clients.
Traffolyte Labels
NDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT SAFETY LABELS, TAGS, SIGNS & PLAQUES
We supply and engrave double or triple layered coloured traffolyte, (ie. acrylic/plastic). We can design artwork for commercial applications including electrical switchboard labels, control panel labels, compliance plates, warning signs, and safety signage. Our minimum order is $35 (includes set-up fee).
House Numbers
House numbers and street address plaques, are now so much more than a functional accessory; they add that finishing touch to your exterior. House number signs, not only increase your curb appeal, they make it easier for visitors, deliveries and services to find your home. Whether you’re renovating, or building, our easy to read house numbers make the perfect addition to any home. All our plaques use quality UV stable acrylic and come standoff fixtures for mounting.
Boards
There is something special about receiving a gift that has been designed especially for the recipient. It means that extra thought and effort has been put into the purchase. All our boards are made locally on the Sunshine Coast. We can also laser onto your boards, just give us a call to have a chat about your idea.

Sharon and Russell are a Sunny Coast couple who have worked together in their business in Warana for more than twenty years. Like all successful partnerships they each bring different skills and talents to their business, Sharon brings her creative design skills and Russell draws on his technical trade background. Together they have created an extensive range of products, signage and gifts items for their customers.
