LED NEON SIGNS

We manufacture our LED neon signs for commercial, hospitality, events and home decor from scratch, in our ‘Lasered Out’ workshop on the Sunshine Coast. We use CNC router technology in the manufacturing practice of our LED neon signs, which gives us the edge over many other manufacturers. We create our LED Neons with 2nd generation technology. This process produces a very high quality finish. Once we have the design finalised, we begin by routering the design into a 6mm acrylic backboard. We then lay a high quality led strip lighting into routered design, then inlay our neon flex - not glued - which gives them a far more professional finish. This process also allows for the sign to be repaired if any dull spots occur. (Many other styles are not repairable)

  • 12 + COLOURS AVAILABLE

    We can offer a mix and match of the coloured led stripping with the coloured neon flex to create a custom colour. We loving having a play to create the perfect colour for you.

    BACKINGS - 6mm clear , frosted or matte black acrylic, cut into a shape or outlined around the text. We can also offer a timber veneer backing or mdf (which can be painted to suit your needs)

  • 2ND GENERATION LED NEONS

    6mm acrylic routed with design. High quality led light strips are then inlayed into design. We then insert the vibrant coloured neon flex jacket. this flex tubing is a light diffuser which makes the light more consisted and soft!
